* Please Read Carefully *
Each client is requested to arrive at least 10 minutes early for their appointment to insure efficiency of time. This is especially important for new clients who are required to fill out an intake history form so that their massage therapy experience will be of the utmost benefit.
Also, arriving early allows one to
transition from the hectic battle that is everyday life to a more peaceful mode that helps one receive the full healing benefits that massage therapy can accomplish.
There is a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you call to cancel after the 24 hour deadline you will be charged in full for the session. Also, in the case of a no-show you will also be charged in full for the session. Obviously, there are situations that cannot be foreseen and these situations will be handled by my discretion on a case-by-case bases.
Appointments that are made same day and cancelled or no show will be charged in full for the session.
All cancellation policy payments must be made before your next appointment at MI Massage Studio.
If you are running late, please call. (517.881.6539) Also, I hold the right to shorten your time to accommodate my schedule. However, you will still be charged for the full session. Again, unforeseen situations will be handled on a case-by-case bases.
I believe that time is valuable to all of us. Everyone has a schedule and things that they need to accomplish in their everyday lives. I respect your time and as such, I only ask that you respect mine and the time of my other clients.
